Al Khairat for Sustainable Hydroponic Farming is a hydroponic farming project integrated with an aquaponic system for fish and shrimp farming, producing various crops such as American iceberg lettuce, chia and flax seeds, as well as organic, chemical-free traditional farming of Moabian saffron, baby cucumbers, and hanging tomatoes. This is an innovative and pioneering project that meets community needs and provides job opportunities for a large number of workers. It also incorporates modern water-saving technologies, such as water harvesting, to minimize waste.
